WE'RE FURTHER EAST OF GILFORD AVENUE.

THE ADDRESS OF THIS SITE IS 1212, 116TH STREET.

ZONE ARE 1 RESIDENTIAL. THEY WANT TO EXPAND AND IMPLEMENT SITE IMPROVEMENTINGS THEY NEED SPECIAL USE AMENDMENT APPROVAL FROM THE BODY.

YOU SHOULD BE NOTED ON AUGUST OF THIS YEAR, WE DID OBTAIN TWO SMALL DEVELOPMENTS STANDARD VARIANCES RELATED TO THIS REQUEST.

WE APPEARED BEFORE THE HEARING OFFICER AND A SLIGHT INCREASE IN MAXIMUM PERMITTED HEIGHT WAS APPROVED. AND THEN ALSO THE SET BACK THE FRONT YARD SET BACK TO 116TH STREET.

AS THE SIDE NOTE THAT VARIANCE FROM THE SET BACK 116TH WAS NOT DUE TO THE ANY BUILDING EDITION MOVING FURTHER SOUTH. JUST BASED ON THE RIGHT-OF-WAY EXPANSION OVER TIME AND THE ROAD IMPROVEMENTINGS ON 116TH STREET.

THAT ARE SET BACK IT'S ABOUT 15 FEET.

NONETHELESS BECAUSE WE WERE SEEKING THE SPECIAL USE THEN WE HAD TO GET THAT SEPARATE APPROVAL AS WELL.

IT WAS GRANTED BY THE BZA HEARING OFFICER.

THE NEXT EXHIBIT IS FOUND BEHIND TAB 6 OF YOUR BRO BROCHURE. THIS WOULD BE ON THE SOUTH.

AGAIN THE PURPOSE OF THIS PROJECT IS FOR SOME SITE IMPROVEMENTS WHICH WOULD INCLUDE SOME NEW PARKING AREAS AS I'M INDICATING ON THE EXHIBIT.

AS WELL AS THE ADDITION OF ADDITIONAL PERIMETER BUFFERING AND LANDSCAPING. SOME OF THAT EXIST CURRENTLY. BECAUSE OF THE PROJECT MORE WILL BE ADDED AROUND THE PERIMETERS AS WELL AS PARKING LOT LANDSCAPING. AND THEN IN THIS AREA WHERE I'M INDICATING THAT WOULD BE THE LOCATION OF THE BUILDING ADDITION FOR THE CHILDREN'S MINISTRY SERVICES.

IT'S LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE BUILDING MORE TOWARD THE BACK. THESE NEXT EXHIBITS ARE SIMILAR TO WHAT WAS INCLUDED BEHIND TAB 7 OF YOUR BROCHURES AND THEIR PERSPECTIVE RENDERINGS.

THE SLIGHT DIFFERENCES I WANT TO POINT OUT WERE A RESULT OF STAFF INPUT AND SUGGESTIONS THAT THE CHURCH WAS ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE. WITH THAT SAID THIS IS PERSPECTIVE FROM THE SOUTH LOOKING NORTH.

116TH STREET WOULD BE RIGHT HERE IN THIS PARTICULAR AREA. AND THIS SHOWS THE FRONT OF THE BUILDING WHICH AGAIN WON'T CHANGE IN ITS LOCATION. BUT IT'S GETTING SOME UPDATES, GETTING FRESHENED. OVER HERE WHERE I INDICATE THIS IS IF LOCATION OF THE CHILDREN'S MINISTRY ADDITION OR EXPANSION THE ONE CHANGE THAT YOU WOULD SEE FROM THIS EXHIBIT COMPARED WHAT'S IN YOUR INFORMATIONAL BROCHURE WAS INCLUSION OF THIS BRICK TREATMENT IN THE MIDDLE CORE OF THE WINDOWS. ALSO IN THE PRIOR PERSPECTIVE RENDERING WE DIDN'T SHOW THE DOORS AND WINDOWS THAT WOULD BE ALONG THIS EAST SIDE AS WELL SIDEWALK TREATMENT FROM THAT PORTION OVER THE BUILDING TO NEW ADDITION. I JUST WANTED TO POINT OUT THOSE TWO SLIGHT DIFFERENCES IN THE PLAN.

THIS THE MORE OF AN AERIAL PERSPECTIVE AND AGAIN IT SHOWS THE NEW INCLUSION OF THE BRICK BAND GOING TOP TO BOTTOM. AS WELL AS THE SIDEWALK CONNECTIONS DOORS AND WINDOWS ALONG THIS EASTERN ELEVATION. WE ALSO INCLUDED BEHIND TAB 4 MORE DETAILED BUILDING ELEVATIONS ENGINEERED TYPES OF DRAWINGS WITH DIMENSIONS, BUILDING MATERIALS CALLED OUT. AS WELL AS FLOOR PLANS, ANY OF THE NEW BUILDING ADDITION AS FAR AS BUILDING MATERIALS AND COLORS, ARE DESIGNED TO MATCH AS CLOSE AS POSSIBLE THAT OF THE EXISTING BUILDING.

ALSO THERE WILL BE NO NEW SIGNAGE PROPOSED FOR THIS REQUEST. THAT'S NOT PART OF THE REQUEST. WITH THAT SAID IN CONCLUSION, STAFF HAS RESERVATIONED IN THEIR STAFF REPORT SUPPORTS THIS PARTICULAR REQUEST.

THE STAFF REPORT ALSO SIMPLY REMINDS THE BZA THAT THE UZO DIRECTS THE BZA TO LOOK FAVORABLY UPON THESE TYPE OF REQUESTS. WITH THAT SAID THE CHURCH AGREEABLE TO ADDITION OF APPROVAL THAT STAFF IS SUGGESTING IN THE STAFF REPORT SPECIFICALLY THAT THE
