FIRST ON A MAIN IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION.

THIS IS GOING TO HAVE A 70,000 SQUARE FOOT OFFICE BUILDING.

THE CLOCK IS STORED. MAGNOLIA UNDER CONSTRUCTION NOW. SIGNATURE IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION AS WE SPEAK. THE $1.8 MILLION BOND, A CLAIM WE PROVED EARLIER TODAY RELATES TO THE GARAGE.

AS SEEN IN THIS SHOT A SOLAR COMPONENT THAT DOESN'T LOOK THAT GIANT. IT IS GOING TO BE SMALLER THAN IN THE PICTURE. IT ALSO SHOWS IT BUILT OUT AS WELL WHICH IS PRETTY COOL. THIS IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION NOW.

IT IS MOVING FORWARD. IT IS MOVING FORWARD AT A FAST PACE. THE DIRECTOR HAS DONE A GREAT JOB WORKING THAT PROJECT FOR US.

THE CROSSING IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION AS WELL.

MOVING THROUGH ITS APPROVALS TO GET A BUILDING PERMIT.

TOP FLOOR IS GOING TO BE ALL CONDOS.

PURCHASE OF 611 THIRD AVENUE. WE HAVE SINCE TAKEN TITLE TO THIS PROPERTY. IT COMES WITH THE LEASE, THE CURRENT OWNER CAN BUILD OUT THEIR NEW BUILDING AFTER WHICH THIS WILL TRANSFER. FULL INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY.

FINALLY DESIGN CONTINUES ON THE HISTORICAL SOCIETY PROJECT THAT IS TEAMWORK. THEN FINAL PART OF MY REPORT IS THAT THE CRC LOOKING FOR A NEW OFFICE MANAGER.

FOR THE CITIES IT DEPARTMENT SHE IS MOVING UP.

WE REINVEST INTO THE PROJECT TO MAKE IT BETTER FOR THE CITY AS A WHOLE. THAT IS THE ONLY USE FOR AN
