WHICH GET DIVIDED INTO ENGAGE, EDUCATE, EMPIRE AND EMPATHY. WHAT WE HAVE OFFERED TO THIS YOUNG TEENS IS THE EXPERIENCE OF JOY.

OUR PROGRAM STRUCTURE IS DIVIDED INTO 3 PARTS WHICH IS LEADERSHIP, VOLUNTEERING AND TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT. A FEW OF THE LEADERSHIP GOALS OR LEADERSHIP PERSONALITY, HOW WE DEVELOP THEM IS GIVING QUALITY.[INAUDIBLE]. THERE CAN BE BACK TO THE COMMUNITIES WHERE CHILDREN FUND RAISING AND PLANNING. ALSO COMING UP WITH THE DRA PROJECTS WHICH THEY CAN CONTRIBUTE TO THE COMMUNITY AND HELP OUT BY THESE PROJECTS. VOLUNTEERING THEY'VE DONE AMAZING VOLUNTEERING ACTIVITIES. ONE OF THEM IS THE FOOD DISTRIBUTION WHICH THEY HAVE COLLABORATED WITH THE AGRICULTURAL DEPARTMENT. ONE OF OUR LEADS WILL GIVE MORE INFORMATION RELATED TO THAT. COMING TO THE TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT WE HAVE ONE PROGRAM WHICH IS CALLED DESIGN TO LEAD. AGAIN IT WILL BE GIVEN BY ONE OF OUR LEADS. WE WILL HAVE A COUPLE OF SPEAKERS TO COME INTO MOTIVATE THEM. WE HAD A PANELIST FOR DIFFERENT GRADUATED STUDENTS FROM DIFFERENT UNIVERSITIES WHO CAME AS A PANELIST AND ANSWERED ALL THESE HIGH SCHOOLERS HOW TO FILL IN AN APPLICATION TO THE COLLEGE OR HOW THE COLLEGE LIFE WOULD BE OR WHAT THEY WOULD BE GETTING INTO WHEN THEY GET INTO THEIR COLLEGE. AND WE GOT 440 5 VOLUNTEERS IN THESE 53 EVENTS AND TOTALLY ALTOGETHER I'M PROUD TO SAY WE HAVE ACCOMPLISHED 2000+ HOURS OF VOLUNTEERING. OUT OF WHICH THESE LEADS HAVE CONTRIBUTED MORE THAN, ALMOST 1500 HOURS TO OUR COMMUNITY. THESE IS OUR PROGRAM THESE ARE THE 12 KIDS FROM CARMEL HIGH SCHOOL I GOT A PRESIDENTIAL AWARD AND I WILL

SO, IN TOTAL INTEREST INDIANA THE PAST YEARS WE'VE HAD 40 DIFFERENT COLLECTION CENTERS, 5 DIFFERENT FOOD PANTRIES OVER THE COURSE OF 10 TOWNSHIPS AND COLLABORATED WITH 19 DIFFERENT ORGANIZATIONS. WE AS YOUTH ARE ABLE TO GO DOOR-TO-DOOR AND DO FUNDRAISING. WE WHERE ABLE TO USE THE MEDIA TO CREATE FLYERS AND OTHER WAYS TO GAIN MORE AWARENESS. WE WENT SHOPPING WE WERE COURSE INVOLVED WITH THE IN PERSON DONATION PROCESS WILL BE HELP TO ACTUALLY ORGANIZE THAT FOOD AND GIVE IT TO THOSE BENEFICIARIES. SOME OF THE EVENTS WE'VE DONE, ONE OF THE MAJOR THINGS WE FIRST STARTED WITH WAS CLEANING UP THE BASIS SPECIES THAT ARE AROUND LIKE DIESEL AND SWEET MUSTARD WHICH WAS SOME OF THE THINGS WE HELPED GET RID OF ALL THOSE INVASIVE PLANTS, CARMEL CLAY PARKS HAD FRUIT TREE INITIATIVE WHICH WAS TO PLANT TREES THAT WOULD PROVIDE DIFFERENT FRUITS AND THAT WOULD BE HELPFUL TO THE NATIVE PLANTS IN INDIANA AS WELL.
