SO WE ARE WORKING THROUGH THEM WITH THAT NOW AND AS WELL AS ANALYZING ALL THE OTHER ASPECTS OF THESITE . I GO TO BASICALLY THERE'S AN OUTLET POINT WHERE THE TWO PONDS THAT ARE EXISTING THEY CONVERGE AND CROSS 96 STREET SO WERE DOING AN ANALYSIS WITH ALL THE CONTRIBUTING FACTORS AND COME UP WITH THE NEW PROPOSED PLAN TO COME UP WITH AN INDUCTION TO THE DRAINAGE IMPACT THAT CURRENTLY EXIST ON THE SITE.

THIS SITE IS ALSO PRETTY HARD SITE TO DEVELOP. I LOOKED AT IT AND WAS SURPRISED HOW MUCH THE OVERALL SITE HAS DETERIORATED OVER TIME IT HAS BEEN VACANT FOR ALL THESE YEARS. THE WORK YOU HAVE CUT OUT FOR YOU IS A LOT.

SO AS I'M HEARING IT ALMOST SOUNDS LIKE IT'S A PUNCH LIST ITEMS OF THINGS THAT NEED TO BE DONE THAT WE NEED TO SEE IT THE COMMERCIAL COMMITTEE. SO IN ADDITION TO ALL THE ITEMS THE DEPARTMENT REPORT SAID IF YOU COULD BRING A LANDSCAPING PLAN ON HOW THE GROUNDS ARE GOING TO LOOK THAT WOULD BE HELPFUL. ALSO, IF THERE'S ANYTHING YOU NEED TO DO TO THEEXTERIOR OF THE BUILDING YOU CAN SEE THE PAINT IS CHIPPING OFF OF IT .

THERE'S PROBABLY SOME MATERIAL RENOVATIONS THAT NEED TO BE DONE JUSTLY CAN BRING ALL THOSE REPAIR ITEMS THAT HE PLANNED TO TAKE THE COMMITTEE THAT WOULD BE HELPFUL TO SEE.

I WILL SAY I HAVE NOTICED SOMETHING ABOUT THE AREA AND IS DIFFICULT BECAUSE IT'S RIGHT STRADDLING THE BORDER BETWEEN INDIANAPOLIS AND CARMEL BUT WHENEVER I SEE THERE'S A PROBLEM AREA AND A NEW DEVELOPMENT COMES OUT MAYBE THERE'SWAYS WE CAN ADDRESS IT . WE ARE SEEING HIGH SPEEDS ALONG 96 STREET AND THE AREA UNDER THE REDOING REAL STREET FROM A RANGER LINE ALL THE WAY TO THE SHERWOOD FOREST AREA WITH THE NEW HOMES GOING IN THERE SO THAT SHOULD IMPROVE THAT BUT ANYTHING WE CAN DO TO CALM TRAFFIC ON SOME OF THOSE ROADS AND REALLY ON AT 96TH STREET IS A HIGH PEDESTRIAN USE AREA WITH REALLY INSUFFICIENT PEDESTRIAN INFRASTRUCTURE ALONG THAT AREA. THERE'S A BEAUTIFUL PARKING LOT AND CROSSING BUT A LOT OF THE AREAS ALONG 96TH STREET ALL THE WAY TO COLLEGE AND RANGER LINE IT'S SUFFICIENT SIDEWALKS AND SOME OF THAT IS INDIANAPOLIS BUT ANYTHING WE CAN DO TO MAKE THOSE IMPROVEMENTS ON COMBING TRAFFIC AND IMPROVING SIDEWALKS IN THAT AREA WITH YOUR PROPERTY I KNOW IT'S NOT GOING TO COMPLETELY SOLVE THE ISSUES IN THAT AREA BUT WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.

SO AS YOU KNOW THE EXPECTATION IS THAT ALL DRAINAGE NEEDS HAVE TO BE ADDRESSED ON-SITE UNLESS THERE IS ACCESS TO AN ALTERNATIVE MEANS OF DEALING WITH THAT.

I KNOW YOU UNDERSTAND WHAT THE EXPECTATION THERE WILL BE WATCHING THEM CAREFULLY.

SO I THINK THE BIG THING IS HELP US RESET AND UNDERSTAND WHAT IS GOING AWAY FROM WHAT WE ARE USED TO SEEING THEIR I'VE BEEN ACCUSTOMED TO SEEING THEIR AS A STARTING POINT.

BUILDING BASED LANDSCAPING WAS SHOWN AROUND ALL THE FRONTS OF THE COTTAGES AND AROUND APARTMENT BUILDINGS. THE PETITIONER ALSO WORKED HARD ON A MORE DETAILED LANDSCAPE PLAN SPECIFICALLY AROUND THE BUILDING A TO CREATE MORE OF THE PLAZA INTERACTIVE SPACE THERE.ND THEY AGREED TO ADD SOME ADDITIONAL TWO EXTRA TREES AROUND THE PLAZA ONCE THEY HAVE THAT DESIGN TO PROVIDE SHADING FOR THAT CLOSET AREA. THEY WORKED AND ESTIMATED THE SIGNAGE PLAN SO THEY SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCED THE OVERALL NUMBERS OF SIGNS ON THE SITE AND A CHANGE THE DESIGN FOR SOME OF THE DIRECTIONAL SIGNS AND THE SECONDARY ENTRANCE SIGNS SO SPECIFICALLY FOR THE SECONDARY ENTRANCE SIGNS SO THEY WILL MORE LIKELY MAIN ENTRANCE SIGNS. OTHER THAN THAT WE DID HAVE THE TOO MANY COMMENTS THAT JOHN MENTIONED ONE IS JUST TO FINALIZE THATBY PARKING PLAN WITH THE TRANSPORTATION SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR .
