I WENT BACK AND FORTH ON THIS BECAUSE I WANT WHAT IS BEST FOR THE CITY OF CARMEL AND HOW IT LOOKS AND EVERYTHING ALONG THERE. I WANT TO MAKE SURE IT HAS THE MOST VALUE AS POSSIBLE. AS THE HOMEOWNER, THERE IS QUITE A BIT OF VALUE WITH THOSE TREES. WE HAVE YOUNG KIDS RUNNING ON THE PROPERTY.
