CONSTRUCTION CONTINUES , IT IS LOOKING BETTER AND BETTER WITH THE FACADE ON THE DETAILS. THE BRICKWORK IS REALLY NICE. THE 1933 LOUNGE IS MAKING GOOD PROGRESS. ICON ON MAINE, JUMPING OVER TO MERIDIAN. I WILL BRING IT -- WHEN THE PLAZA OPENS UP. THE INITIATIVE WAS TO BRING ADDITIONAL STAFF IN THE MARKETING DEPARTMENT TO BETTER MARKET OUR CITY. THEY HAVE BEEN IN PLACE FOR A WHILE. TODAY THE CITY'S CONFLICT OF INTEREST POLICY IS STRICTER IN THE 4CDC BYLAWS. 4CDC DECIDED TO UPDATE THE BYLAWS TO MATCH THE CITIES CONFLICT OF INTEREST POLICY. THEY HAVE AN APPOINTMENT TO THE 4CDC BOARD AND THE CRC IS REQUIRED TO APPROVE ANY BYLAW CHANGES ORGANIZATIONAL DOCUMENT CHANGES. THE ACTION ITEM IN FRONT OF YOU IS A RATIFICATION OF THE USE OF THE SERVICES AND THE ENGAGEMENT TO CONTINUE USING THE RATIO ARCHITECT AS WE CONTINUE EXPLORING THIS. I WILL JUST SAY IF CITY COUNCIL PASSES A REVOLUTION -- RESOLUTION. WE WILL BE HIRING ARCHITECTS IN EARNEST UNDER MUCH BROADER AGREEMENTS THAT WILL BE BROUGHT BACK TO YOU.
