>> GOOD MORNING. SERGUEI, CORPORATION COUNSEL. YES. THIS ONE IS A REQUEST FOR REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN HAMILTON COUNTY DRAINAGE BOARD AND THE CITY. AS YOU KNOW, HAMILTON COUNTY IS IN CHARGE OF CITY -- SORRY, COUNTY DRAINS, AND THAT DRAIN SPECIFICALLY, TUNIS GARRARD DRAIN, THE CITY IS BUILDING SOME IMPROVEMENTS UNDERNEATH IT, AND UNFORTUNATELY, THOSE IMPROVEMENTS WILL BE BUILT A LITTLE BIT CLOSER TO THE DRAIN THAN STANDARDS ALLOW, AND I DON'T REMEMBE EXACT FEET, BUT IT'S ABOUT HALF OF WHAT'S REQUIRED. SO THE COUNTY DRAINAGE BOARD WANTS TO EXECUTE THE REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT THAT IN CASE WE DAMAGE A DRAIN SOMEHOW WE'LL REIMBURSE THEM FOR REPAIRS. WE DON'T ANTICIPATE THERE WILL BE ANY DAMAGE. WE FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE ABOUT THE PROJECT, AND IF THERE WILL BE ANY DAMAGE, IT WILL BE QUITE MINIMAL. BUT, NONETHELESS, THAT IS A REQUEST THAT IF A DRAIN IS DAMAGED BY OUR CREWS OR BY THE PROJECT ITSELF, THEN THE COUNTY CAN SUBMIT A REIMBURSEMENT AND
