AT THIS TIME, BUCKINGHAM IS PROPOSING AN AMENDMENT WITH A [00:05:02] PLAN DESIGNED AS AN URBAN RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT ON A PORTION OF THE OVERALL PROPERTY. WE ARE GETTING THE IMAGE UP ON THE SCREEN MOMENTARILY BUT A LOT OF SCREENS ARE GOING UP AND DOWN. ALTHOUGH, THE AREA THAT IS PERTAINING EXCLUSIVELY TODAY IS THE 33 ACRES NORTH OF THAT PLAN. BOTH PROJECTS, MET ONE ANOTHER AS WELL AS COMPLEMENT NEW DEVELOPMENT THAT HAS ACCRUED IN THE OVERALL AREA. THE 2024 AMENDMENTS SEEK A LIMITED NUMBER OF MODIFICATIONS TO THE UNDERLYING REQUIREMENTS OF THE ORIGINAL GRAMERCY IUD TO MARRY UP WITH THE VISION PRESENTED TO CREATE A WALKABLE AND PEDESTRIAN FRIENDLY COMMUNITY.
