THE DESIGN HAS A SUBSTANTIAL SUBSTANTIAL CHANGE SINCE THAT TIME AND SOME REVISIONS WERE MADE TO ACCOMMODATE THE EVENTUAL CONSTRUCTION OF THE CONDOS. THERE ARE 24 UNITS. THERE IS FOR STORIES HIGH.
THERE IS 48 SPACES IN THE GARAGE THAT HAVE BEEN SET ASIDE FOR THOSE 24 UNITS. THEY BEEN SET UP WITH ELECTRIC CHARGERS AND THE APPROPRIATE ENTRANCES AND FENCING TO CONTROL THOSE SPOTS. IN THE ESSENTIALLY THE LOOK OF THE BUILDING HAS NOT CHANGED SUBSTANTIALLY SINCE THAT INITIAL PRESENTATION WITH I BELIEVE IT WAS WILHELM BUILT THE GARAGE A FEW YEARS AGO. -- I ROTATED THE PLAN A BIT. AS YOU CAN SEE HERE IS THE CONDOS THE GARAGE HERE. THIS IS THE EXISTING GARAGE BUT THIS IS THAT EXISTING PARKING LOT. SPAGHETTI FACTORY HERE. THIS IS THE BAY WINDOWS AS YOU SEE HERE KIND OF DEFINING THE INDIVIDUAL UNITS BUT THIS IS THE MAIN ENTRANCE AT THE CENTER. THIS LINES UP WITH THE ARCH IN THE CONDOS. LINES UP ON THE [INAUDIBLE]. IT IS REALLY THE UNITS ALL STACK. THEY ARE VERY SIMPLE PLAN REALLY. THIS IS ANOTHER SHOT. THERE IS A GARAGE EXIT AND ENTRANCE IS MAINTAINED AT THIS CORNER. SO VERY LITTLE ANY CHANGE TO THAT. AGAIN THE BACKSIDE HERE THIS IS THE SIDE THAT FACES THE OLD SPAGHETTI FACTORY. SO WE WERE ABLE TO TALK TO THEIR DESIGNER AND COORDINATE SOMEWHAT ON BRICK COLORS AND JUST OVERALLS COLOR SCHEME. YOU CAN SEE THE TWO TONES OF BRICK HERE. THE HARDY COLORS THE SHINGLES AND THE STONE THAT HAVE BEENSELECTED. >> FLOOR PLANS ARE INCLUDED IN THE PACKET. THIS IS A ROOF PLAN OF THE PROJECT. OF COURSE THIS IS THE GARAGE THE TOP OF THE GARAGE BUT THERE IS A PORTION OF THE ROOF THAT DRAINS INTO A STORM SYSTEM. THAT ALSO SERVES THE GARAGE AND THAT WATER WAS ACCOMMODATED OR ANTICIPATED AS PART OF THE GARAGE DESIGN ORIGINALLY. SO WE HAVE ACCOUNTED FOR THAT IN THE DRAINAGE REPORT. INTRODUCTORY REMARKS? >> CARAMELS REDEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR. THIS WHOLE THING STARTED OUT AS A VISION TO TRANSFORM UNPRODUCTIVE PARKING LOTS INTO A TRUE URBAN NEIGHBORHOOD. AND A VERY SPECIAL ONE. PHASE ONE OF THAT HAS GONE MARVELOUSLY. THE MILAN'S PROJECT IS JUST ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL ALL AROUND. AND THIS IS ALMOST KIND OF LIKE AN UNRELATED SECOND HALF OF IT. THAT WILL REPLACE THE BARE BRICK WALL BARE CONCRETE WALL THAT IS THERE TODAY. MEANS AS PEOPLE ARE COMING IN THE FUTURE AND

WALKING AND EXPERIENCING THIS NEIGHBORHOOD THEY WILL THINK IT WAS PART OF THE SAME PLAN. THE RE-DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE MET IN PUBLIC LAST NIGHT AND APPROVED THIS AS WELL. SO THAT SHOULD BE SUBMITTED THAT HAS BEEN SUBMITTED INTO THE RECORD.FOR BOTH BZA AND THE PLANNING COMMISSION HEARING OFFICERS.
