THE BUILDINGS HAVE BEEN SPECIFIC, THEY HAVE A SPECIFIC ADDRESS OF 116-751-1745 AND 11785 VILLAGE CORNER COURT. IT IS ZONED PUD UNDER THE JACKSON GRANT VILLAGE Z65230, FILED BY SHAWN MCKINNEY -- MCGINNIS, I KNEW THAT. PUBLIC IRRELEVANT, SORRY, SEAN.

AND 116TH STREET TO THE SOUTH. WE HAVE THE THREE BUILDINGS, AS I MENTIONED, AND I HAVE WORKED WITH RACHEL OVER THE LAST TWO MONTHS NOW TO REFINE THE DESIGN OF THE BILLING -- BUILDING ELEVATIONS. TO RESPOND TO YOUR COMMENTS AS WELL AS THE STAFF'S COMMENT, I THINK WE HAVE ACCOMPLISHED THAT. I HAD SOME CONVERSATIONS WITH RACHEL, WE HAVE BROKEN UP BUILDING A LITTLE BIT MORE TO HELP INTRODUCE IT AS MORE OF A BUILD OVER TIME, I THINK THAT WAS ONE OF THE COMMENTS. THE FLAT ROOFS COMPLEMENT THE JACKSON'S GRANT RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS. THIS IS BUILDING A, THE NORTH BUILDING. BUILDING B, WHICH IS THE CENTER BUILDING. THIS BUILDING PARALLELS SPRING MILL ROAD. AND THEN BUILDING C COMEDY SELF BUILDING, WHICH ALSO PARALLELS SPRING MILL ROAD AND IS A MIRROR IMAGE AND COMPLEMENTARY COLOR PALETTE TO BUILDING A AT THE NORTH END. SO THAT WAY, WHAT WE HAVE DONE, WE HAVE THREE BUILDINGS THAT ARE UNIQUE ENOUGH AND STILL COMPLEMENT EACH OTHER AND COMPLEMENTING THE RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS. UNFORTUNATELY, WE ARE NOT THERE ON THE ENGINEERING SIDE OF THINGS. WE STILL DO NOT HAVE FULL ENGINEERING PLANS GIVEN TO OUR ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT AND STORMWATER REVIEW. SO, WHILE I RECOMMENDED A FAVORABLE RECOMMENDATION BACK TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION, I STILL RECOMMEND THAT. BUT WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROVE THIS PROJECT UNTIL ALL OF THOSE PLANS ARE GIVEN TO US AND ARE FULLY REVIEWED. SO , IT IS UP TO YOU GUYS IF YOU WANT TO HOLD IT IN COMMITTEE HERE ANOTHER MONTH UNTIL WE GET ALL THE FINAL PLANS AND GET THEM REVIEWED, OR IF WE WANT TO FORWARD IT ON TO THE FULL PLANNING COMMISSION WITH A FAVORABLE RECOMMENDATION, SUBJECT TO FINALLY GETTING ALL OF THE PLANS TO FINISH THIS PROJECT TO REVIEW. AND I JUST WILL NOT LET IT COME BACK ONTO THE AGENDA UNTIL WE HAVE THAT. SO, DEFINITELY WANT TO GET YOUR FEEDBACK TONIGHT ON THE ARCHITECTURE, AND I LET THE
