ALSO KNOWN AS S AND Y, THE PROGRAM RUNS FROM JANUARY 18 TO FEBRUARY 2 AND IT IS A NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION DEDICATED TO FOSTERING COMMUNITY, SELFLESS SERVICE AND HOLISTIC DEVELOPMENT WITHIN COMMUNITIES. OUR INITIATIVES AIMED TO PROMOTE CULTURAL UNDERSTANDING AND OVERALL WELL-BEING, THE SN Y IS A SIGNIFICANT COMPONENT OF OUR EFFORTS, A UNIQUE EVENT INVOLVING A SEQUENCE OF YOGA POSTURES SYNCHRONIZE WITH A RHYTHMIC PATTERN OF BREATH, PAYING HOMAGE TO THE LIFE-SUSTAINING ENERGY OF THE SUN.
