WE HAVE A SHORT AGENDA TODAY, NO ACTION ITEMS. SO REALLY THIS REPORT IS IT FOR THE DAY.

CONTINUING PROGRESS GOING ON AT THE REN AND THE WINDSOR BUILDING AND THE REN WAS IN THE NEWSPAPER TODAY. IT WAS MENTIONED THAT IT ALREADY HAS 26,000 SQUARE FEET AND IT'S ALSO TAKEN UP AN ADDITIONAL 15,000 SQUARE FEET IN THE REN BUILDING. SO IT GOES TO SHOW THAT THE DEMAND FOR HIGH- END OFFICE EXISTS HERE AND CONTINUES TO GROW IN CARMEL.

IT'S NICE TO SEE INDUSTRIOUS EXPANDING.

CARMEL IS ONE OF THE MOST SUCCESSFUL LOCATIONS ACROSS THE COUNTRY. AS YOU CAN TELL BY THE EXPANSION. SQUARE NORTH IS STARTING CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES ALTHOUGH YOU WILL NOT SEE MANY CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES LIKE TODAY. NEVERTHELESS, IT'S CLOSED ON ALL ITS BONDS AND ENCLOSED ON ALL ITS LENDINGS AND CURRENTLY MOVING

FORWARD. >> CARMEL CONTINUES LEASING OUT,

THERE IS A SUSHI PLACE AND A THAI PLACE THAT I'M HOPING TO TRY. SIX SQUARE CONDOS IS MOVING THROUGH ITS APPROVALS PROCESS THROUGH THE CITY, BUT IT IS CLOSED ON LAND AND IT IS -- AGAIN, WE ARE PROBABLY WAITING FOR A LITTLE BIT WARMER WEATHER FOR FULL CONSTRUCTION MOBILIZATION, BUT THE PROJECTION IS MOVING ON. THE CROSSING CONTINUES TO BUILD THAT OTHER PUBLIC HEADQUARTERS AND IT'S LOOKING REALLY GOOD. LOOKING FORWARD TO THOSE RETAIL ANNOUNCEMENTS. 1933 LOUNGE AND THIS BUILDING IS EXPECTED TO OPEN, I BELIEVE, IN MARCH, SO THAT WILL BE A GOOD CELEBRATION FOR US.

IT CONTINUES ITS PROGRESS. IT STARTED BUILDING THE APARTMENT PORTION AND THERE'S SOME STICKS NOW ON SITE WHERE IT USED TO BE JUST A CONCRETE GARAGE, AND A LOT OF PROGRESS IS COMING ALONG AT THE AT&T SITE WITH THE MULTI- FAMILY ADJACENT TO IT RISING P. FINALLY, WE CONTINUE WORKING BEHIND THE SCENES SCENES MOVE ALONG THE PLAZA TOWARD APPROVALS AND SAME WITH THE CHRISTENIUM THREE. WITH THAT I CONCLUDE THE REPORT AND I CAN ANSWER QUESTIONS.

>> WHERE IS THE PLAZA?

>> THE PLAZA IS THE ROUNDABOUT THAT IS ON MAINE AND FOURTH. THAT'S WHERE FOURTH IS NOT YET THIRD STREET, BUT SOON BECOMES THIRD STREET.

THAT IS DIRECTLY ADJACENT TO SAVOR AND THE BUILDING NEXT TO IT AND THE SITE PLAN AND THE BOTTOM LEFT, THAT IS THE SAVOR PATIO.

THERE'S THE STEWART JOHNSON ART PIECE OF A WOMAN HOLDING A BASKET AND RIGHT NOW THEY ARE FOUR PROPERTIES THAT ARE IN ROUGH SHAPE. THIS WAS APPROVED BY THE COMMISSION AND IS IN DESIGN NOW AND HOPEFULLY CONSTRUCTION STARTS IN A FEW MONTHS.
