WE DO HAVE ONE ACTION ITEM, ACTION ITEM NUMBER 1 WHICH IS RESOLUTION 2022-22 WHICH IS AN AGREEMENT FOR THE CARTER GREEN PROJECT INSTALLATION PROJECT INSTALLING PROJECT, SAY THAT 3 TIMES QUICKLY, MR. DIRECTOR, IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO TALK ABOUT THE

SO A PICTURE, 1,000 WORDS. VIDEO HAS TO BE MORE THAN 1,000 WORDS. WE'RE GOING TO START WITH THE VIDEO. AS WE DISCUSS WHAT THIS PROJECT IS. SO PROJECT INCLUDING WORKING WITH THE COMPANY CALLED BLOCKHOUSE WHO ARE, THEY ARE A PROJECTION MAPPING, AND DESIGN CONTENT STUDIO.

SO THE PLAN IS TO PUT 1220 ,000 LUMEN EP SOME PROJECTORS ACROSS THE ROOF OF THE BUILDING, THEY WOULD BE IN ALL SEASON CLOSURES AND THEY WOULD PROJECT DOWN ON TO THE FACE OF THE PALLADIUM.

BLOCKHOUSE WOULD FIRST PERFECTLY MAP OUT EVERY DETAIL DOWN TO THE MILLIMETER, EVERY ARCHITECTURAL DETAIL OF THE PLAYED OF PALLADIUM SO THAT AS FUTURE CONTENT ROLLS IN, IT CAN BE MAPPED ON TO THE PALLADIUM ITSELF. THIS VIDEO KIND OF SHOWS ONCE YOU HAVE A, ONCE YOU HAVE THE PROCTORS UP WHAT KIND OF CAPABILITIES EXIST TO PUT TOGETHER A PROJECTION MAPPING PROJECT. SO -- SOUND, TOO.

SO, WE WOULD BE PUTTING TOGETHERS THIS INSTALLATION, INITIALLY THERE IS A CONCEPT FOR A SHOW THAT WOULD PLAY THROUGHOUT, YOU KNOW, ONCE IT GETS DUSK ESSENTIALLY. IN THE BACKGROUND AND IT'S ENVISIONED MAYBE 5 MINUTES TO THE HOUR EVERY HOUR WE WOULD HAVE THE BIG INSTAGRAMABLE MOMENT SHOW THAT'S GOING TO DRIVE TRAFFIC, DRIVE CLICKS, VIEWS, REALLY MAKE CARMEL CONTINUE MAKING CARMEL A DESTINATION. THESE THINGS ARE PERFECTLY MAPPED OUT. DOWN TO WHEN THE LIGHT SHINES ON TO THE FACE OF THE PALLADIUM THEY'LL CUT OUT THE WINDOWS FROM THE PROJECTION SO NO LIGHT IS GOING TO SHINE INTO THE WINDOWS SO YOU CAN HAVE ANY EVENT GOING ON INSIDE THE PALLADIUM AND THE PROJECTION SHOW IS NOT GOING TO INTERRUPT THAT BECAUSE OF HOW PERFECTLY THEY CAN DECIDE WHERE EACH BEAM OF LIGHT ESSENTIALLY GOES. NONE OF THIS WILL DISRUPT PALLADIUM PROGRAMMING, FOR EXAMPLE.

THIS WILL BE INTEGRATED. THE SHOW WILL BE INTEGRATED INTO THE CITY NETWORK, INTEGRATED INTO OUR SPEAKER, OUR A.V.AT CARTER GREEN. SO YOU CAN JUST IMAGINE WORKING WITH, LIKE, THE CARMEL SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA TO MAKE SURE WHEN IT'S TIME FOR THE BIG INSTAGRAMABLE MOMENT, ENTIRE CARTER GREEN, LIGHTS TURNED DOWN IF THEY NEED, YOU HAVE SOUND AND A SHOW THAT MATCHES IT ALL.

AND IT IS REALLY A PERFECT DISPLAY.

THE PICTURE THAT YOU SEE ON THE SCREEN IS NO LONGER JUST A RENDERING. THAT IS AN ACTUAL PICTURE OF THE BRIGHTNESS TEST THAT WE DID ON SITE.

WHEN WHAT THEY DID IS THEY PUT A PROJECTOR RIGHT HERE.

THE YOUNGSTERS WERE PARTICIPATING IN SOME SPORTS EVENTS UP AT GRAND PARK.

THEY WERE DOWN HERE EATING IN A RESTAURANT STAYING IN A MOTEL OVER, OR HOTEL ON THE 31 CORRIDOR.

BUT THEY WERE EXCITED BECAUSE THERE WERE THINGS TO DO FOR THEMSELVES AND FOR THEIR KIDS HERE IN TOWN, WHETHER IT WAS MONON PLAZA. SO I'M EXCITED TO SEE THIS A. BECAUSE THEY'LL STAY LONGER BUT B. THERE ARE THINGS TO DO FOR YOUNGSTERS. GRAND PARK BRING A LOT OF PEOPLE IN. WE BENEFIT FROM THAT AS DOES THE REST OF THE COUNTY.
